Well, it's finally happened.

After six long years of planning and burning the midnight, morning, and daytime oil, I've finally launched CyberScribe Web Solutions!

This new company is an evolutionary branch of CyberScribe Technical Writing, which I've operated since 1999. Now, CyberScribe Web Solutions allows me to fully concentrate on the work I really love—providing complete internet solutions to business owners in Hillsborough and the surrounding areas.

So, what's a "complete internet solution?"

I'm glad you asked!

Many web development companies deliver "fire-and-forget" web sites. They deliver the site, and then they move on to the next client, leaving the web site owner to fend for themselves.

But the actual development of a web site is, for a business, only the first step. How do you ensure your site is getting plenty of traffic? Are your visitors finding what they're looking for when they visit your site? How do you keep your site fresh and current? How do you use your web site to get new customers and keep old ones?

My philosophy is to consider each client a partner for the life of their site. I truly want your site to provide a tremendous return on your investment. Why?

• Because, frankly, happy clients will continue to be my clients!
• Because happy clients tell their friends they're happy, which brings me more happy clients.
• Because I was raised with the strong belief that if you're going to do something, you do it right. That's just how it's done!

Over the past six years, I've provided web solutions to companies around the globe, from New Zealand to Arizona to North Carolina. I've worked with small businesses, like the delightful Cud-Zu Goat Farm (I highly recommend their soap!) to corporate giants like GlaxoSmithKline.
